Welcome to the Terms of Service ("Agreement" or "Terms") for Learnbartending.com and its associated bar establishment partners. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of our services and the relationship between Learnbartending.com, our partner bar establishments, and the students who enroll in our on-the-job training programs.

By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use our services.

1. On-the-Job Training:
Learnbartending.com and our partner bar establishments agree to provide on-the-job training to enrolled students. The bar establishment will provide a learning experience for the student by allowing them to shadow an experienced bartender. The bar establishment will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the student receives the best learning experience possible. Each student may have a different learning and retention rate, it is up to the partner bar to determine how much to involve the student during the shadowing period.

2. Termination:
Learnbartending.com and our partner bar establishments have the right to terminate the training agreement at any time for any reason. This includes termination for any behavior that violates the policies of the bar establishment or Learnbartending.com. Any such termination will not result in any refund of tuition or fees paid by the student.

3. Course Materials:
The course materials provided by Learnbartending.com are the property of Learnbartending.com, and cannot be copied or downloaded by the partner bar establishment without written consent from Learnbartending.com.

4. Tips:
During the on-the-job training (friends and family night), the student may have the opportunity to earn tips, it's the partner bars discretion to tip the student. If the bar and experienced bartender agree to split tips with the student, these tips are the property of the student and will not be shared with Learnbartending.com or the bar establishment.

5. Limitation of Liability:
Learnbartending.com and our partner bar establishments will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of our services or the student's participation in the on-the-job training.

6. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the bar establishment is located.
