Many bartenders and guests are never aware that even though a glass may appear clean, it may not be “BEER CLEAN”.

Beer clean is a term that describes a glass as being as clean and sanitized as possible. Oil or film may be invisible on the glass but can affect the taste and aroma of the beer or beverage.
